1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) is to define the conditions under which New Gen Events SAS (the “Organiser”) offers tickets for sale for its events, including SportGen Summit and any other events organised by the company.

Hereafter, the term “Event” shall refer to any event organised by the Organiser and subject to these TCS.

These TCS apply to all attendees (“you”, “your”, or the “Attendee”) participating in an Event organised by New Gen Events SAS.
By registering for an Event, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and that you are legally bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register, attend, or participate in the Event.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are aware of and accept these Terms.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and processed in connection with the Event.

These Terms are available at all times on the Event website (www.sportgen-summit.com) and may be provided upon request.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, it being understood that the version applicable to any dispute will be the one effective at the date of ticket purchase.

3. Purchase of Tickets

To attend an Event such as SportGen Summit, Attendees must purchase their tickets directly via the official Event Website.

Tickets are sold within the “Tickets” section and are delivered electronically via email once payment is confirmed.
An invoice will also be automatically issued to the purchaser.

Tickets remain the property of New Gen Events SAS until full payment is received. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket price if necessary.

4. Ticket Categories and Rights

a. Ticket Categories

Different ticket types may be available at various price points (e.g., Startup, Pro, Max, VIP). Eligibility requirements, if any, are detailed on the Event Website.

If an Attendee purchases a ticket that does not correspond to their category or violates discount rules, access to the Event may be denied without refund. Fraudulent use of promo codes may lead to cancellation with a 15% administrative fee deducted.

b. Name Transfers and Refunds

Tickets are nominal and non-transferable, except when explicitly stated otherwise for a specific ticket type.
Requests for name changes or transfers must be made by email to contact@newgenevents.com before the deadline specified for that ticket type.

No refunds will be made if the Attendee cannot attend the Event.

c. Access to Conference Rooms

Access to all Event sessions is subject to venue capacity. The Organiser guarantees entry to the Event itself but cannot guarantee access to specific rooms once full.

5. Ticket Prices and Payment

Ticket prices are displayed on the Event Website and include French VAT (20%).
Prices may vary depending on ticket type, purchase date (Early Bird, Regular, Late), and ongoing promotions.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Bank transfer

  • Crypto

All payments must be completed within ten (10) business days. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.

6. Organiser’s Obligations

a. Tickets

Once payment is received, the Attendee will receive an electronic ticket by email. Each ticket is nominative and must be presented with valid photo ID at the entrance.

In accordance with Article L121-21-18 of the French Consumer Code, ticket sales are not subject to a right of withdrawal and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

b. Event Content

While the Organiser strives to ensure the accuracy of event details (program, speakers, venue), unforeseen circumstances may result in modifications, substitutions, or postponements. The Organiser will communicate such changes promptly via the Event Website.

7. Admission and Conduct

a. ID Checks

Attendees must present valid ID matching their registration details. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if information does not match.

b. Wristbands and Badges

For security reasons, Attendees must wear their official Event badge and wristband at all times. Lost items may incur replacement fees.

c. Event App

By attending the Event, you may access the official Event App. Basic personal data (name, company, title) may be visible to other attendees, but no contact details (email, phone) are shared without your explicit consent.

d. Behaviour

Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and comply with all venue rules. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any individual causing disruption, without refund.

8. Cancellation and Force Majeure

Tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (force majeure, administrative restrictions, or venue unavailability).
In other cases, refunds will be limited to the ticket price minus transaction fees. The Organiser will not cover travel or accommodation expenses.
